In Nutritionsport we will focus our attention on four areas that are important to some degree to a healthy lifestyle but also for improving our bodies:
- Healthy diets, smart ideas on how to enjoy your meals and yet made them healthy and effective.
- Aerobic exercises, Focusing on their importance in a healthy lifestyle, but also on what they would not do for us
- Weight training, and even bodybuilding, and their real impact on molding our bodies, and how to make our bodies look the way we want.
- and finally focus on the benefits of massages, and other treatments, that are equally important to prevent cellulitis and aging.
We are mostly sport professionals, some have competed at national and regional levels, and we also occasionally give conferences and work with doctors on subjects like the prevention of diabetes through sports. So this will actually be an important part of our site.
We also believe in group actions, in the sense that being in a group helps sticking to a diet, so we will promote both meetings and short vacations with practical tips and practices that can effectively improve our habits and health.
